Finacks is a subscription-based software tool. We charge a flat monthly or annual fee for access to the platform. We do not charge commissions, spreads, markups, or any fee based on trade volume, notional value, or account performance.

What Finacks Does Not Charge
- Trade commissions or per-order fees
- Spreads or bid/ask markups
- Performance fees or profit-sharing of any kind
- Account management fees
- Withdrawal or transfer fees
- Data feed or market data fees
All brokerage commissions, margin interest, and account fees are governed solely by your agreement with your connected broker and are not collected by or paid to Finacks.
Billing and Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- Cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period — no partial refunds for unused time.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase and before activating the Service (connecting a broker or running your first cycle) may be eligible for a full refund. Contact us at legal@finacks.ai.
- Price changes are communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By activating your account — connecting a broker or initiating a trading cycle — you explicitly request immediate performance of the Service and waive this right in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive. If you have not yet activated your account, you may withdraw by contacting us within 14 days of subscribing.
